In the event of an accident/injury, a report will be filled out. Caregiver will be notified by phone or email if injury is significant. The accident/injury report is provided to caregiver at time of pick-up.

 

First aid will be administered by the center staff or school nurse, if she is available. The building administrator or school nurse will determine if a child should be transported to an emergency facility.

 

If the decision is made to transport a child, the parents will be notified before or as the child is being transported to the location listed on the back of the enrollment form. In the event of a life threatening situation, the child will be transported to the nearest facility.
