The RSEEC follows the Missouri Department of Health and the Bureau of Child Care Safety and licensure guidelines. Missouri Department of Health requires that each child have a record of all immunizations up-to-date prior to the first day of attendance. Below is the current immunization schedule.

In accordance with Section 210.003.7, RSMO, the parent or guardian of a child enrolled in or attending RSEEC may request notice of whether there are any children enrolled at our facility with an immunization exemption on file. If you would like to request this information, please contact the RSEEC Director, and the information will be provided to you.

 

Please note, the name or names of individual children are confidential and will not be released. Our response will be limited to whether or not there are children enrolled at our facility with an immunization exemption on file.

 

Each child must have a current physician’s report on file. This report is due within 30 days from date of enrollment.
