When a child is not acting like their normal self, does not eat as normal, has red cheeks, complains of not feeling well, etc.

 

EEC-FD will follow the following procedures:

● take temperature with school nurse or building administrator  

● notify parents via a phone call or email

● give students with high temp a tepid cloth to hold on neck/forehead

● isolate child from rest of class until parents arrive

● clean area using the three step procedure after child is picked up
