Tuition and Fees
A non-refundable enrollment fee of $25.00 per child is due at the time of enrollment.
An annual supply fee of $30 per child is due at the beginning of the school year (Aug 2019)
All tuition is due in full each Monday for the current week. Payment must be made prior to your child’s attendance each week.

Exceptions to the tuition payment policy are made only if prior arrangements have been made with Karen Murray, building administrator.

Tuition will be charged for the entire week regardless of your child’s daily attendance.

No fees are charged when the center is closed or cancelled and tuition will be calculated using the daily rate.

The RSEEC – Full Day program is open year-round, with the expectation that tuition is paid throughout the year regardless of attendance.

Summer tuition reduction ~ minimum 10 days required OR $200 flat fee

A limited number of spaces are available for 3 and 4 year olds. Please see the RSEEC office if you are interested.
Late Fees
A late fee of $1.00 will be assessed for every 1 minute your child remains at the center after hours.
No refunds or reductions in fees are made in case of absences.
Should a student be absent without tuition payment for 2 weeks, the family will be contacted regarding their enrollment status in the EEC.

RSEEC-FD does accept State Child Care Assistance. It is the caregiver’s responsibility to stay current with this and to notify the Stone County Family Support Division at 417-357-6118 when you change centers. The caregiver is responsible for the sliding fee scale (as set by the state) and any difference between the state pay and the center’s tuition.
Please make checks payable to RSEEC-FD and place your child’s name in the memo line.
Payments are to be placed in the drop box located by the RSEEC office.
